General
IJ type single stage single suction cantilever chemical centrifugal pump is a new product optimized and designed on the basis of IH series pumps with reference to the latest foreign technology and combined with the actual use of users. Its rated performance and installation size meet the ISO2858 standard, and its manufacturing technical conditions meet the ISO5199 standard.
It is mainly used for conveying slurry with solid content less than 50% and medium with crystalline impurity in chemical process.
Flow: 30 ~ 1200m3/h
Speed: 1450 ~ 2900
Compared with IH pump, FIJ chemical pump structure has the following characteristics;
1. Shortening the cantilever of the impeller and thickening the diameter of the shaft;
2. The volute and pump case with asymmetric cross section have no mouth ring;
3. Adopt three imported bearings;
4, Equipped with the foreign advanced double end mechanical seal or packing seal similar to the new type of seal.
Because of the above structure, the pump has the following advantages:
1, can transport high viscosity or solid medium, then the efficiency of the pump is higher than the IH pump;
2. The volute with asymmetric section reduces the impact loss of the fluid and shorten the size of the pump case;
3, increase the strength of the shaft, reduce the deflection of the rotor, thus stable operation, long sealing life;
4. The impeller nut and the impeller are made into one, which improves the inlet condition of the pump and improves the anti-cavitation performance of the pump;
5, advanced shaft seal form, make the sealing effect is better, reduce the leakage of the pump;
6. The pump clearance can be adjusted without disassembling the pump shell and impeller, which reduces the maintenance time and saves the maintenance cost.
