Introduce
WQ Series Submersible Sewage Pump is new genration pump developed with the advanced technology,with function of energy saving,non-clog,auto-coupling install and auto control.
It is especially suitable for handling sewage containing solid particles and long fiber.This pump consists of pump.Mechanical seals and motor.Pump is at the lower part of Sewage Pump,Motor located at the upper part of the motor pump.
Which is three-phase electric motor.Mechanical seal is between pump and motor,it is a kind of double end mechanical seal,"O" rings are applied in all static joints of the Submersible Pump.

Working Conditions
The pumps can operate properly and continuously under following operation conditions:
1.Working medium carries no corrosives,sand contents shall be max 2%.
2.Medium tem perature shall be 40°C and PH shall be 4-10.
3.The pump shall be operated within the normal delivery range.
4.The pumps shall be fully submerged into. water max. Depth of 5m.The pump shall
be min 0.5m over the water bottom and shall no be inserted into sludge.
5.Power frequency shall be 50HZ,three-phase voltage 380V and voltage
fuctuation shall be 0.9-1.1 times the nominal.

Main Application
This pump series is widely used for sewage treatment of city constrectionand sewage and waste
discharge for architecture projects,hotel,ine pond,ayeing and printing,paper making and textile industries.
lt is the ideal tool for transpor tation of sludge,slurry,living sewage,and feces and stale wastes and solid
grains containing fiber,papercontaining fiber,paper chips,sandy soil etc.
